Alongside my full time roles, I have stayed grounded in the “why” behind the work through my involvement with Hide In Plain Sight, a nonprofit focused on supporting homeless and at risk students. I first met the organization as a student myself. I was the second ever student in the program and the first to go on to earn both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. That experience shaped a lot of how I think about opportunity, education, and what it means to give people a real shot.

As my career grew, I stayed connected to the organization in new ways. From 2020 to 2023, I served on the board, helping guide strategy and lending my marketing background to sharpen the brand, improve digital fundraising, and tell more compelling stories about student impact. I supported campaign planning, messaging, and outreach so the team could reach more donors and expand scholarship opportunities for students facing housing and financial instability.

In 2023, I was invited back as a keynote speaker to share my journey from scholarship recipient to marketing leader and board member. I used that platform to highlight the power of targeted support and to encourage donors to see their contributions as investments in long term potential. That ongoing relationship with Hide In Plain Sight keeps me connected to the bigger purpose behind my work and reminds me that marketing, at its best, is about moving people to create meaningful change.

When I joined Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance, the company was at an inflection point: 16+ labs, multiple brands, and a rapidly growing DSO portfolio, but no unified marketing engine to tie everything together. My job was to build that engine from the ground up and position SKDLA as more than “just a dental lab,” as a true tech enabled manufacturing partner.

I stepped in as both Director of Marketing and AI implementation lead. I architected the company’s first modern marketing function, managing a $600K budget and leading a cross functional team across product, events, and digital. I helped shape our clinical story as a Key Opinion Leader, strengthening relationships with DSOs and specialists and contributing to roughly 25% year over year revenue growth through strategic partnerships and education led initiatives. I also designed scalable onboarding ecosystems and pricing structures to support $10M+ in DSO revenue activation with partners like Aspen Dental and ClearChoice, making it easier for hundreds of practices to get started and stay engaged.

On the technology side, I led the development of an internal Large Language Model (LLM) to centralize sales intelligence and deployed generative AI across campaigns and outreach. This allowed us to personalize communication at scale while reducing manual lift for the team. In parallel, I directed a comprehensive rebrand for our 16+ manufacturing labs, overhauling the website, visual identity, and messaging to launch a unified national presence that reflects who we are today and where we are headed next.

At L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group, I had the opportunity to blend data, operations, and marketing in a way that directly showed up on the P&L. I was originally hired as Marketing and Communications Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing within seven months as our early initiatives started to move the needle. I oversaw a $32M Slim Chickens sales portfolio across multiple markets, driving 15% year over year growth while building out a B2B catering engine that added $3.5M in new revenue. My mandate was simple but demanding: grow aggressively, protect margins, and make it easy for our teams in the field to win.

I managed a $1.12M marketing budget and led a data driven PPC strategy that produced a 25% lift in online sales at a 4:1 ROAS. With a six member field marketing team, I focused on local store activation, loyalty programs, and new market entry, efforts that led to 20% revenue growth and roughly 70% client retention in key accounts. Alongside the CEO, I co-founded ProFreshional Marketing, a subsidiary agency built to support our franchise network and external partners. At Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation, I got to work at the intersection of storytelling and impact. The Foundation’s mission is supporting not for profit hospitals and patient care, which meant that every campaign was not just about impressions or clicks. It was about funding real projects and services in our community.

I co managed a $2.5M marketing budget and led execution for multi channel donor campaigns that helped drive a record $16M in fundraising revenue. I directed creative strategy and external communications across digital, print, and video, working closely with development officers and physicians to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling donor stories. Our campaigns delivered a 25% increase in engagement, and I also supported the creation of major gift proposals, helping secure funding for high value philanthropic priorities like capital projects and specialized patient programs.
